Excellent Progress Toward Diversity Collaboration: recognizes efforts made in collaboration with other campus units/organizations and community groups to recruit people from diverse and multicultural backgrounds by establishing and maintaining an employment or recruitment process for increasing members of underrepresented groups; sponsors or promotes activities in the area of diversity, i.e., conferences, workshops, or services. 

Excellence in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Awards

Alex Redfern the Operations Supervisior in he IPF Materials and Logistics department won an Execellence in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Award for 2023! The award is given by the MSU Office for Institutional Diversity and Inclusion. From his nominations form " He is committed to leading a team that embodies diversity, equity, and inclusion and seeks to diversify all that we do in procurement and oprations spend."
