The Office of the Executive Vice President for Administration (EVPA) has partnered with Russell Reynolds Associates to conduct a national search for the next associate vice president of MSU Human Resources. We are committed to conducting a thoughtful, inclusive, and thorough search for Donna Donovan's successor.
We will continue to meet with key university leaders to better understand the opportunities, challenges, and strategic priorities facing the institution. These conversations are helping to clarify expectations for the associate vice president and inform the future direction of the organization. The insights gathered will help shape the position profile and ensure the search reflects the needs of both the HR organization and the broader university community.
To ensure a variety of expertise and perspectives are represented, Russell Reynolds Associates and the Office of the EVPA are working to establish a diverse search committee that spans beyond HR-related roles.
