MSU HR manages the employee life cycle and oversees all matters related to employees for the more than 41,500 support staff, faculty, academic staff, retirees, student employees and temporary/on-call employees. MSU HR includes five key business areas with strategic objectives, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, professional development, performance management, administering benefits, compensation and labor relations.
