The Spartan Project Management Community of Practice (CoP) is a collaborative group designed to support project managers—whether you are a full-time project manager or helping lead a project alongside your main role. By fostering knowledge sharing, skill development, and professional connections, the CoP provides a platform for exchanging ideas, sharing best practices, and learning from one another’s experiences.

The CoP also offers professional development opportunities, including training sessions designed to enhance project management skills and earn credits for those pursuing or maintaining a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

The community facilitates valuable networking, helping members build relationships, and supports the ongoing development of MSU’s project management ethos.
