The EPMO manages projects and portfolios for MSU, employing industry best practices to align with university objectives. As part of the Office of the Executive Vice President of Administration, it serves as a centralized hub for enterprise projects. The EPMO ensures a university-wide approach to identify, prioritize, and execute projects in alignment with MSU's mission and strategic goals, facilitating project management activities throughout the institution. To accomplish these goals, we use project management principles, skills, methodologies and tools to lead team members through each of the project management steps which are known as the project lifecycle.
