BIOGRAPHY

Roushell Mignott-Nesbitt is the Business Operations Administrator in the EVPA Office at Michigan State University. Roushell is responsible for the fiscal operations, budget, strategic planning processes, and human resource management activities within the unit. She also serves as the fiscal and budgetary liaison officer for administrative units under the purview of the EVPA office and assist with the implementation of university-wide projects.

Roushell started at MSU in 2014 as a senior auditor in the Office of Audit, Risk and Compliance where she performed the department’s most complex audits and compliance reviews for various colleges and administrative units across the university. She joined the EVPA office in July 2022.

Roushell is a certified public accountant with extensive experience in various financial roles within the audit, corporate, and university settings. She earned her BSc in Economics and Accounting from the University of the West Indies and her MBA from the University of Manchester, UK.
