Strategic Initiatives

The EVPA Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (EVPA Office of DEI) advances the MSU mission and strategic initiatives as well as EVPA-specific initiatives to: 

  1. Improve employee experience, staff and organizational success, and instill a culture that demonstrates CARES and cultural competency.
  2. Provide high-value enterprise services – delivering outstanding service, providing an excellent experience, and engaging in continuous improvement. Everything is about an experience – how people feel before, during and after interacting with our services.
  3. Become a workplace of choice and a desirable place to stay.
